has any progress been made. my girlfriends sister said she has water now. has anyone heard anything new? thanks

Baytown now has water, many (but not all) have had power restored, businesses are reopening, and the city said yesterday evening that everyone is welcome to return. Just don't expect a lot since we still have power outages and some businesses haven't reopened. I saw the National Guard leaving town this morning and the city is packing up the pods sometime today.
