I'm gald to here that all of you are OK. I was worried for all of you.

i went and checked my apartment and besides the damage here and there, it was ok. it looked like most of the people left. there was a lot of power line damage and debris on the roads. just waiting on power and water to be restored to come back. there are a lot of people at the pod too.

That's great restrada.. that your place is OK. Is there any news down there (radio, etc) about when electricity will be back for some of Baytown?

i didnt specifically ask, but the centerpoint rep said they are systematically restoring power starting on the west side and working their way east. I saw a few poles snapped in half and have heard that down garth, near chik fil a, the poles are laying in the road.

Me and my lack of directional sense are wondering that if I live on Cedar Bayou Road, would I be east or west?

oh, when i say west i mean west of houston. sorry for the confusion.
