My family has power at their house in the state streets (but they are on a list for quick power up since my grandmother is on oxygen). My mom did say though that many of their neighbors do not have power.

Power is back here in Liberty. That is great but not all news is. When power returned I found I no longer had two small window AC units, my big TV is not working, my brand new convection microwave, my Living Air Purifier, my computer, my printer, my DVD player in my office, my overhead kitchen fluorescent light , my bedside clock phone radio and a monitor are no longer working! I did take my computer to Radio Shack and in three days they fixed it, so that is good news.
The worse news is my 15 year old Ragdoll cat Top Cat was run over Thursday morning and killed. There was tree limbs and trash piled high on both sides of the street and I am sure whoever hit him did not see him. I am brokenhearted and so are all of my family, he was very special, smart, sweet and beautiful, and irreplaceable.

Lenore, I am so sorry about Top Cat. I know what it's like to lose a beloved pet; I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
