I would have told the lady no, you need to teach your child a few manners!

since we're on the subject of bad mannered kids here, i have a little story too. we were at a family get together last weekend and my husband who has a very fragile foot (many surgeries and still not corrected) was sitting in a chair in the living room. out of no where...and i do mean out of no where, we didn't even see it coming! one of the children came stampeding through and ran into my husband pushing him off of the chair. the kid then proceeded to pull a hulk hogan move arms out with his face in my husbands going "AHHHHHH". u know, like a victory yell or something. then the others in the room look at my husband like he's crazy when he gets up and grabs the kid and in a loud and scary voice tells him to knock it off! told him if he does it again he was going to go tell his father (trust me he wanted to do more than that!). The kid then tells him "that's okay i'll just tell him you pushed me!" OMG, i was stunned! When i told the father what happened he was terribly upset at his son, then his mother comes along and just lets him off! Then the boy and his cousin continued on to ruin my nieces electric ride-along john deer truck by running it over and over into a tree and grinding the gears. When his father would try to stop them, the mother would just tell him to let the do it. WTF! what's gotten into people these days. its crazy.
