You can get one at Baytown's Animal Control office.

They aren't letting anyone adopt any pets right now so i've been told. i even called the houston spca and they said they aren't adopting, just fostering (due to the hurricane many people are coming and reclaiming their pets). but i'm still looking. i've talked to baytown humane society and all. they have my name and description of the type of cat i want, just waiting on a call. so if you know anyone with little kitties, i want a female, short haired. playful and good with a baby.

Set a can of tuna out on your porch each night for the next week and then you'll have about a dozen to choose from...

Someone asked me today if I was interested in a kitten. Unfortunately I am not a cat person (very allergic to them), so if you would like, I can inquire about them for you. I think they had three available and are located in the Lynchburg area.
