Did anyone receive this: FYI on ACORN
Here is what behind the Sub prime crisis in a condensed form. Congress got pressure from all the African American groups, including the black congressional caucus, the NAACP, ACORN, the likes of Jessie Jackson and Al Sharp ton and a host of white liberals. Congress passed laws that not only made home ownership for minorities possible, they encouraged banks and lending instructions do more. Congress even graded banks on the amount of minority loans they issued as part of the Community re-development act. Leading up to all these changes and the forcing of these lending institutions to make these bad loans was the frequently used term of racism. lets stop and make things clear, ACORN is a black group that supports the democratic party. They are rewarded with taxpayer funds for other things than housing. A big part of their effort is to get out the vote. Empowerment for jobs in black areas. Barack Obama has a long relationship with ACORN, he has been a legal advisor and taught classes for ACORN. This all ties in with Obama's job as a community organizer. As a community organizer, Obama job was to get federal and state money to be distributed in numerous areas in the Chicago south side area. This also helped him build a political base as he helped different groups and churches receive taxpayers money, he gained their support. Since this money was a political give away, there was no accounting, thus this opened the door for legal theft and a lot of that happened.
No one wants to dig into the black community affairs.
getting back to the bailout, because the democrats wanted to reward their black constitutes with affordable housing by lowering the standards and requirements, the lack of any oversight invited the top executives to also take advantage of this, and they sacked up big bonuses. To keep congress off their backs, they gave big donations to mostly democrats. These funds came from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, government backed institutions. To keep pressure on congress and provide themselves with additional insurance to keep regulators off their backs, Fannie Mae made big donations to Jessie Jackson Rainbow coalition and members of the black caucus, including a big donation to Barack Obama
All of this aid to the black community has far reaching effects besides the housing bubble, It enables these black groups to make demands on the public sector.
We see this all the time with Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton. But it goes much further than that. ACORN too makes it pitch and business cave to their demands because of the threat of boycotts or the charge of racism. The leaders in the black communities know that the democrats are in charge of their cash cow and that's why they support them. The leaders of the black community thus earned a seat at the democratic table. Not only has all this been at the root cause of this financial crisis, it is bad for America and especially the black community and it divides or nation and stops racial healing. The Republicans have tried to stop this, but they lacked the follow-up in making the public aware of what is going on. I guess the charge of un-caring, racism and more by blacks, the liberal democrats and the press stopped them dead in their tracks. Jack
Ayers the man who has admitted to BOMBING THE PENTAGON -- and has never expressed one ounce of regret for his actions. Ayers is a terrorist -- and Obama is his friend and political student.
Obama has tried to dismiss Ayers as just "a guy who lives in my neighborhood," and "not somebody who I exchange ideas with on a regular basis." Yet documents in the Chicago Annenberg Challenge (CAC) archives, housed in the Richard J. Daley Library at the University of Illinois at Chicago, make it VERY clear that Ayers and Obama were partners in the CAC in the 1990s. But that's not all -- there is clear evidence that Obama and Ayers were friends all the way back in 1986.
Obama and Ayers served together in 1995 on the CAC, overseeing the distribution of about $50 million to area schools through radical left-wing groups like the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (or ACORN). As the Journal reports, Ayers "called for infusing students and their parents with a radical political commitment, and which downplayed achievement tests in favor of activism."
That same year -- 1995 -- Barack Obama's first run for the Illinois State Senate was launched at a gathering at Ayers's own home!

Who do you think carries the bigger responsibility, the groups that lobby for better access and greater consideration for loans towards minorities or the banks that hand out the loans?
You can continue to bash the groups and individuals that have "connections" to Obama, proving nothing, or you can actually show me where Obama and his character represent the implied actions of this type of fear-mongering propaganda? Can you do that? This is GOP smear at it's worst.

And just for the record, Obama was 8 years old when Ayers was part of the Weather Underground... now Ayers is a school reformer in Chicago.
Ayers was a radical activist, but at some point militant action is indeed supported by the Constitution which is the primary reason for the right to bare arms. Destruction of property is a common form of activism.

Well, as I see it, I would say all of them since all seem to have their hands in the cookie jar! It's all just a bunch of I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine BS! Greed, is all it amounts to, everyone wants there cut, but when it comes down to the finger pointing no one wants to take responsibilty for what they've done or mess they have created! BTW, If you look around Whites seem to be the minority in the USA, so where is our piece of the cake!?[color=#0000FF]
