Okay. I am using this website as a last resort in order to find out what the overall plan for Spur 330 at the south end is. By this I mean I read an article that says there will be a third "flyover." The article says it "will carry traffic from North Main, in the direction of Highway 146, to the Fred Hartman Bridge". Maybe I'm just stupid, but I really don't understand what that means. If anyone has some information on this and better yet a map of the finished project, that would be helpful.
