Below is a poem my sister wrote to me last week. An unfortunate event happened in my life last week. I miscarried my first pregnancy. The first day home by myself was pretty hard but after that it became easier. Thanks to the support of my family and many friends. I just wanted to share this and maybe if you know of anyone else who has had a miscarry can read this and maybe feel a little better.

Why is the question we tend to ask, At trying times like these,
No one has an answer of relief to make our hearts at ease.

Only the man upstairs knows the plan for our roads of life ahead,
But we have to suffer the consequences and live with the heart break instead.

Our bundle of joy will come to us again, At a special time of need,
Just keep your head up and do not look down, this is what you need to succeed.

Your family and friends are here to support you, In your saddest and lonliest days,
We all want to help and be your support in many different ways.

I love you my sister with all of my heart, Stay just as strong as can be,
Your moment will come at the time of God's plan, And it will be the greatest time in life you will see!!!!
I can't tell you how sorry I am for your loss, sissa. That's a beautiful poem and has a lot of truth in it. You're lucky to have such loving friends and family.

Please let us know if there is anything we can do or if you just need to talk. We'll be here.
Thank you Sissa. A very good friend of mine miscarried a few months ago and she's been so upset about it. If it is ok I'd like to share this with her.

You are in my thoughts. Smile
Thank you for sharing, sissa. I hope your poem touches someone and will help them get through a similar time. I won't patronize you with cliches, I'll just agree with Dorian that if there is anything we can do or if you just want to talk, just say the word. You're never alone because there's pretty much always some here. I practically live here hehe.

Our thoughts are with you.

8 Ball
Sissa, my thoughts and prayers are with you. God bless..
Thank you all for the comments.

CS, you are more than welcome to share the poem with your friend. That is one reason why I wanted to post it and share with everyone.
