I guess if you going to hire a road crew, lets keep it in the family ties of the city council. You know those fresh paved concrete roads that make a bad vehicle feel new, well that's what it looks like from Kilgore and Ward to Cedar Bayou.
Not the case though. I ran down that way many times this weekend and it's a little bumpy. Hard to find that possible being gravity should let fresh concrete mud if it met the slump test lay out flat as if you made jello in you own ice box.
I couldn't imagine a 1/2 arse job meeting strict civil codes of the city. Anyway it's better than it was and wouldn't expect repairs for a few years or so.
