DeBate!

Screw energy saving light bulbs says Ted and he's right. Wish he could enlighten with the same diligence on same sex marriages and drugs. You might see that it's a waste of time as well all backed by someone who capitalizes. The devil and drug companies. It sure isn't of God.

I'm sure not a debater or even as smart as you guys. I don't know much, but what I do know I know a lot of. Right and Wrong. Government has some bad wheels for damn sure.

It's not a difficult question. Is making gay marriage and drugs illegal against an individual's free will or not?

In 5 years will we be able to buy the same light bulbs we can buy today?

At the rate we are going in energy consumption - increasing energy rates, economy going down the tubes, prices for all other goods and services increasing as a result... I'm fairly confident that in five years, most Americans will be buying these more energy efficient bulbs anyway. But, Five years ago a persona was able to buy products containing ephedra. In 1992, one could say "Five years ago, I was able to buy products containing CFCs". Etc.

Yes, making those two issues illegal are against an indivduals free will.
However, all freedoms in America are not absolute, some have their restrictions.

That may all be true, but the bottom line is Congress over stepped its bonds by outlawing these bulbs

How convenient for you, and your crusade against the light bulb law.

And it's funny that in the same post that you wrote the above, you continue with this "That may all be true, but the bottom line is Congress over stepped its bonds by outlawing these bulbs "

LOL. It doesn't sound like congress overstepped their bounds. AFter all, in your own words, "all freedoms in America are not absolute, some have their restrictions. ". Deal with it.
