I always overcook fish. I'm horrible at it.
Any tips? Recipes?
I like to take a couple Tilapia, sprinkle some lemon pepper on them, and then lightly fry them in some butter and oil. It's quick, easy, and really good, I think.
go to your fismonger and get a whole salmon fillet, have them scale it but leave the skin on (the skin can be eaten). Rub the skin side with course salt and cracked black pepper. Flip the fillet over, butter and lightly sprinkle with cinnimon (yes Cinnimon (lightly)). Cut a lemon into rounds (about 1/4" thick) and place them on the Cinnimon side. Place a pice of foil over you grill and cook on low (or let the coals get lower) untill the meat seperates easly and is opaque, for a crispier skin cut slots in the foil.
Gabby,
I love the food from Baytown Seafood but I can't say that I like to eat in the restaurant. I usually get it to go. It's not dirty by any means but the tables are pretty close to each other and with three boys, I feel more comfortable in restaurants that are roomier than BSF. Definitely give it a try - I think you'll love the food and the prices are good for the amount of food you get.
