Can someone tell me where the new Arby's in Baytown will be located?

My husband is an estimator and on proposal for Arbys the bid report
says the Arby's will be at Garth and Birdsong. We are also getting an Oreily's on garth and another new Walgreens, it will be at garth and I-10. I would love to see an Academy coming to town but doesn't look like it at least in the next few months.

i only ate at arby's once and it was so atrocious i never gave them a second chance

I have to admit, I'm a little partial to Arby's myself. So, I'll have a Super RB if you're going that way.
