I asked my kids which one should I put on here, without question it was the Enchiladas.

I don't know the exact measurements I just you usually guess.
Cut in half for a small family.

1 can of tomatoe sauce Hamburger meat
some chili powder Corn tortillas
a little bit of oil Velvetta Cheese
liquid chicken broth Cheddar Cheese(Shredded)
Tony's
Garlic powder or whatever floats your boat

Pour oil in. When it starts boiling put in tomatoe sauce, be careful oil
might splash. Then your spices and the your chicken broth.

Cook up your hamburger meat, and slice up your velvetta.

Put a light layer of sauce in the bottom of baking dish. Put one layer of tortillas, and the next meat, and the next velvetta and then put the remainder on top smoothered with cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes. I usually have 4 layers.

Enjoy Wink
That sounds really good. I do a bit of Mexican cooking, mainly pot of beans and chicken tacos. But I've been needing an enchilladas recipe. I'm going to try to make this over the weekend. Thanks Pookie!
Your Welcome
Sounds good Pookie..
Your recipe is a little confusing without commas seperating the ingredients, I wasn't sure what "1 can of tomatoe sauce Hamburger meat" was.
But thanks for the post.
