Have you ever eaten at Lupe Tortilla on Bay Area at 45? If not, you need to try it out.

I was there Friday. I LOVE Lupe Tortilla. That's some good salsa too.

When you described the salsa you like, that was the first place I thought of.

In Baytown, I almost always hit El Toro. I'll grab Casa Ole for something fast.

My fave in Houston is Chuy's. The jalepeno creamy sauce is seriously awesome.

For a pricier meal, Escalante is awesome (In Highland Village). They truly have the best queso.

IMO El Toro hands down. I tried Casa Ole and never went back until earlier this year. I wish I hadn't. I can't remember liking anything that was brought out. Oh yeah, I do remember enjoying the diet Coke.
