You know, I never was a big fan of Time Warner. I had my share of problems with them. But since Comcast took over, I've really been missing Time Warner. We've had nothing but trouble, from poor customer service to not being able to view On Demand stuff because it's "not available at this time". I recently upgraded my cable package to include every channel except the sports packages and the hispanic stations and now we've apparently lost the "preview" feature for all the On Demand movies. We used to be able to surf the movies and then watch the trailers and decide what we wanted to see. Now we just have to buy it and hope we like it. Well, actually I end up watching the trailer online, but it sure was more convenient to just watch the trailer on tv. I feel like we're paying more money to lose valuable features.
This is just one example and the tip of the iceberg. I was wondering if you all had the same bad experiences that I've had since Comcast took over. Any complaints out there?
