Probably the one thing I miss MOST about Baytown is C&D's. It's the pink convenience store, looking place past Lee High School, going over towards the Exxon plant.

Anyone ever go there? They have the BEST tacos ever! Seriously.

I love C&D's, man. They do have fantastic breakfast tacos. But the main reason I go is for the barbacoa. They've got the best, most authentic tasting barbacoa in all of Baytown IMHO.

I used to eat there every day before school in the 90's. I still get tacos and tortillas from there occasionally, but I think it used to be better food than it is today.

I wish we could ship pre-made food easily. I would pay good money for both C&D's tacos and a big pile of Nachos from a place called Chacho's in Houston.

I wish they would serve the barbacoa every morning. Last time I tried to get it, I was told they only have it on thursdays.

Are you talking about Chachos on Westheimer? That place was great, especially after the bars closed. It was always a toss up between chachos and mammas cafe.
